Please assist what does this message mean when I try run 'communication monitor'. my graphs are showing grey all over..?
'Explanation: It did connect correctly, and there seems to be a meter on the port, but the connection is not good. It will probably come in if you run it with 30 retries.'

The CT ratio on that meter seems to be incorrect.
The meter says 250/5 and the CT ratio under Edit->Meter Details says 1/1.
The error is a bit vague, however, as a quick fix, if you click the link
at the top right of the communication monitor "debug mode", you'll get this
error message:
CT discrepancy: 250/5 read from meter is not equal to db 1/1
