We don't charge any additional operational fees over and above the license cost. The customer can use the software on the servers as much as they want, to view dashboards and historical and real time readings from any meters they read with the system.

Of course, the municipality would still have to pay for their own APN and SIM cards - the data costs - to communicate to and from the meters to the server, but we don't touch that money at all. We do not have our own SIM cards, we do not offer APNs or SIM cards.

For example, if the municipality decide to read all their meters through wi-fi, even that would be possible, but it is up to the system engineers, to decide together with the municipality, what communication solution would perform as they would expect.
