Our software can send STS tokens and integrate to STS vending systems, but it is not an STS vending system itself.

Our software is for the most part also not an accounting system, although it is possible to do Garnish orders on payments to Ledgers.

So if the buying of STS tokens moves through pnpscada, it is possible for pnpscada to 'Garnish' a percentage if another ledger is negative, and to request a token from the STS vending system for a reduced amount, which it then (possibly - configurable) can send to the meter remotely.
