How to add Wmbus

1.Overview

This document outlines the configuration of  wmbus on PNPSCADA.


2.Configuration 
  2.1.Login to pnpscada and press the add new button.

 2.2.Select sever and click on the WMbus GPRS Listener then proceed to the next page .



2.3.Specify the port number the name of the wmbus listener(you can use your own naming not strictly restricted to name it Wmbus GPRS Listerer).
  2.4.Click finish when your done.
2.5.Now click server on your page and go down to  WMbus GPRS Listeners  and click on it , It will show you your wmbus you?ve just created.
  • Now the next step is to configure your modem to point to the port number you specified on wmbus listener and your server ip, this is done so that it can forward the packets it is receiving to that port .
  • You can also use an alternative way if you don't have a modem by configuring the relevant Com number,your server ip , baudrate of 19200 and finally the port number is what you specified when you were creating your wmbus listener.
  • So you don't need to add the meter in this instance once you have configured everything correctly the meter will be auto created .
  • You now have to go to meters and click on Kamstrup MultiCal Water Meters  and check if your meter is there .
